[Scripture]
Hebrews 10:30-31 ESV
[30] For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.” [31] It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living
God.Romans 13:1-7 ESV
[1] Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. [2] Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment. [3] For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Would you have no fear of the one who is in authority? Then do what is good, and you will receive his approval, [4] for he is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God’s wrath on the wrongdoer. [5] Therefore one must be in subjection, not only to avoid God’s wrath but also for the sake of conscience. [6] For because of this you also pay taxes, for the authorities are ministers of God, attending to this very thing. [7] Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes to whom taxes are owed, revenue to whom revenue is owed, respect to whom respect is owed, honor to whom honor is owed.
2 Kings 6:15-17 ESV
[15] When the servant of the man of God rose early in the morning and went out, behold, an army with horses and chariots was all around the city. And the servant said, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” [16] He said, “Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” [17] Then Elisha prayed and said, “O Lord, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
Exodus 21:22-27 ESV
[22] “When men strive together and hit a pregnant woman, so that her children come out, but there is no harm, the one who hit her shall surely be fined, as the woman’s husband shall impose on him, and he shall pay as the judges determine. [23] But if there is harm, then you shall pay life for life, [24] eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, [25] burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe. [26] “When a man strikes the eye of his slave, male or female, and destroys it, he shall let the slave go free because of his eye. [27] If he knocks out the tooth of his slave, male or female, he shall let the slave go free because of his tooth.
Leviticus 24:17-22 ESV
[17] “Whoever takes a human life shall surely be put to death. [18] Whoever takes an animal’s life shall make it good, life for life. [19] If anyone injures his neighbor, as he has done it shall be done to him, [20] fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth; whatever injury he has given a person shall be given to him. [21] Whoever kills an animal shall make it good, and whoever kills a person shall be put to death. [22] You shall have the same rule for the sojourner and for the native, for I am the Lord your God.”
Deuteronomy 19:15-21 ESV
[15] “A single witness shall not suffice against a person for any crime or for any wrong in connection with any offense that he has committed. Only on the evidence of two witnesses or of three witnesses shall a charge be established. [16] If a malicious witness arises to accuse a person of wrongdoing, [17] then both parties to the dispute shall appear before the Lord, before the priests and the judges who are in office in those days. [18] The judges shall inquire diligently, and if the witness is a false witness and has accused his brother falsely, [19] then you shall do to him as he had meant to do to his brother. So you shall purge the evil from your midst. [20] And the rest shall hear and fear, and shall never again commit any such evil among you. [21] Your eye shall not pity. It shall be life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
Matthew 5:26 ESV
[26] Truly, I say to you, you will never get out until you have paid the last penny.
Psalm 9:17 ESV
[17] The wicked shall return to Sheol, all the nations that forget God.[End of Scripture]Explanation: According to the above scripture, international judicial and law enforcement agencies…” The World Court of Justice (WCJ), also known as the World Tribunal (with enforcement power) or the World Police (with international police power), has been formally established. For the long-term peace and stability of the world’s people, this institution will not use any nation’s army, but will rely solely on God’s chariots of fire and fire. This institution will enforce the law based on the Bible. The first case to be tried is Russia’s war crimes of aggression. The principle of punishment is an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth; no Russian war criminal will be pardoned. All forms of damage caused by Russia to Ukraine must be repaid. The principle of the Heavenly Army’s participation in the war is to use their own methods against them; therefore, from now on, the rules of the game in the war against Russia are: all things are permissible.
[Scripture]
1 Corinthians 10:23 ESV
[23] “All things are lawful,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful,” but not all things build up.
[End of Scripture]
Therefore, appeasement towards such wicked people is a crime against the good and upright, and a crime against such war criminals. Therefore, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth must be served; therefore, the angels and heavenly armies will be permitted to use all kinds of weapons.Ordinary, kind, and weak people will have their own principles of conduct; they will be witnesses.
[Scripture]
Matthew 5:38-42 ESV
[38] “You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.’ [39] But I say to you, Do not resist the one who is evil. But if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. [40] And if anyone would sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. [41] And if anyone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. [42] Give to the one who begs from you, and do not refuse the one who would borrow from you.
Romans 12:19 ESV
[19] Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”
Hebrews 10:30-31 ESV
[30] For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.” [31] It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
